heals the body, and is the most practical and personalized form
of movement training available today.

Designed to be a
lifelong movement training program, Classical Pilates
fosters whole body health for life. The Studio supports this

Owner
and comprehensively certified trainer,
Kimberly McKnight, established
Mind's Eye Movement in the fall of 2003,
with a vision of providing highly personalized movement
training while offering personal advocacy for each of its
clients both within and beyond the Studio setting. She serves
every age group (many in their retirement years), supportively
adapting to the needs of their maturing bodies.
Members of the medical community increasingly recognize
Classical Pilates
as one of the most successful ways to treat pain syndromes
caused by spinal disorders, joint disease, and injury. As part
of its personal advocacy programming, Mind's Eye Movement consults
regularly
with physicians, orthopedic specialists, physical and massage
therapists, chiropractors, and complimentary mind-body
professionals to facilitate the most integrative musculoskeletal
program appropriate for its clients' needs,
ensuring supportive,
safe and results-producing benefits for their long-term health
and fitness goals.
