THE
PILATE'S JOURNEY
With a personalized progressive
course of training designed to meet your specific needs and
conditioning goals, the Studio offers four (4) training programs (55
minute sessions), each utilizing a combination of Pilates apparatus
(the Reformer, Cadillac,
Low Chair, Ped-o-Pul, High Barrel,
In-Step Barrel System),
along with Matwork, and various Pilates props. Sessions
challenge the body with a vast array of safe, effective
movements that uniformly develop your body.
