Every session is planned in advance to accomplish a specific set of goals. The style of Classical Pilates taught at Mind's Eye Movement is significantly different than the “health club” core conditioning classes many people have experienced. Classical Pilates is a full body workout that involves strength, stretching, stamina, coordination, and breath control. I can’t think of anyone - from experienced athletes to rank beginners - who would not benefit significantly from the core strength, flexibility, and muscle discipline learned in Kimberly’s sessions." |
