BEGINNING MATWORK
(60 Minute Sessions)
Join
our ongoing Beginner's group learning and refining the
fundamentals of authentic Pilates Matwork, including
breathing, correct postural alignment, proper abdominal
engagement, precise control and "moving from your center."
Focus will be placed on the Basic 10 mat exercises and the
use of Pilates props to "dig deeper" into the fundamental
movements.

BEGINNING–INTERMEDIATE
MATWORK (60 Minute Sessions)
Build upon the fundamentals learned in Beginning Level mat
class or in your private training sessions while
experiencing a faster pace and greater core challenge.
Modifications will be discussed and individual movements
explored in depth. Improve range of motion, core strength
and your breathing capacity while developing a greater
understanding of the 25 Intermediate Level Classic Pilates
mat movements and the true meaning of uniform development in
the body.

REGISTRATION
INFORMATION
To reserve a
space, call the Studio (759-9364) or
contact us with the date
and class you'd like to attend. After attending a class, you
may reserve a space for the following week. When scheduling,
if a class is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and
notified as space becomes available. Classes are limited to
5 participants and a minimum of 3 clients is required for
the class to be held. Clients will be contacted if class is
cancelled.
If you have limited
time and class hours are not compatible, we recommended
considering private sessions that may be better suited to
your schedule. Please let us know your desire for
additional mat classes and time frames and we’ll add
to our offerings when there is sufficient demand. |
