Mind’s Eye Movement offers five essential Classical Pilates training programs all of which encourage and support long-term, regular training for the most results-producing benefits. Every program approach focuses on strengthening the abdominal ‘powerhouse’, improving your body’s natural posture, and increasing your overall energy. You will walk away with an aligned spine and an enhanced understanding of your body’s true potential while unwinding years of incorrectly learned movement patterns hindering your health and overall fitness.

Mondays ‒ Wednesdays: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Thursdays: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Fridays: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Saturdays and Sundays: By Appointment Only
Late Day Training
For those whose schedules are not accommodated by regular Studio hours, an additional certified instructor is available on an as needed basis, depending on times and Studio availability. Information regarding late afternoon sessions can be acquired during the Free Introductory Consultation or by contacting the Studio directly.
